- Understand what a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is and how it works
- Learn the difference between a donor and a donee
- Gain awareness of situations that may lead to mental incapacity (e.g. stroke, dementia, brain injury)
- Understand how to prevent family disputes through early planning
- Learn how to protect assets and prevent financial abuse or exploitation
