Why this programme exists

Many seniors and caregivers struggle to navigate the complex caregiving landscape, often feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to seek help. This programme equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to support others, while building a more caregiving-friendly and connected community.

  • Build communication and active listening skills to support others effectively
  • Learn how to guide seniors and caregivers through available support services
  • Understand the caregiving landscape in Singapore and how to navigate it
  • Develop confidence in offering emotional support and practical assistance
  • Play a role in strengthening a supportive caregiving community
